Building Community, Finding Support

Using the life skills experiential model for learning, my workshops are intended to both educate participants on a specific skill while also using the group as a learning modality itself. 

Workshops may run from an hour to three hours, depending on the attendees and restrictions placed on time. All workshops are adaptable - if you have an idea you'd like to bring to your organization, we can build a workshop to suit your specific needs.
