Fees
Please review the following fees for services provided. At Resonant Energy Therapy, the priority is low cost, low barrier to access therapy for all - no questions asked.
Standard Hourly Session
$140/hr + GST
This applies to all counselling, coaching and consulting style sessions.
No Show and Late Cancellation
$140/hr + GST
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As such, I ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If this is not possible, I completely understand, but still ask you email me as soon as possible to let me know you're okay. Any session cancelled within 24/hrs (or a no show) will result in a $35 retainer fee, billed to the client.
Sliding Scale
$85-140/hr + GST. Sliding Scale is done by waitlist, and all clients are eligible to apply should they feel they need it. Clients can access 16 sessions at this rate and then will be able to reapply once that is complete. Sliding Scale is done on a waitlist, so I cannot guarantee returning clients will be able to access their same sliding scale rate after the 16 sessions are complete.
Letter Writing
$140/hr + GST
You can generally expect that it will take me about 30 minutes to write a letter for a doctor, however depending on needs it can range to a full hour.
Emergency Phone Call
$140/hr + GST
Generally 30 mins, with potential to extend.
Review and Release
$140/hr + GST
This is a session in which we review and redact your case notes when they are being released for some reason (ie to a doctor or your lawyer). While these sessions generally last one hour, that can vary.
Retainer for Court Proceedings
$350/hr + GST
This would be the rate should you need to retain me for court proceedings.
